Are You Cooked? is a trivia game application that tests users' knowledge of internet culture, memes, and slang. The App is provided for entertainment purposes only.
The App is intended for users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
The App offers optional in-app purchases for additional content. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final, and refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
We reserve the right to modify pricing for in-app purchases at any time. Prices displayed in the App are in your local currency as determined by the App Store.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our express written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
